They work alongside our clients advising on and providing solutions for system-related change through the provision of organisational change management, communication, learning and performance support.
We currently have a vacancy in our Sydney team for an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant. You will be experienced in developing training and performance support material for ERP or CRM implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Siebel and PeopleSoft and using tools such as ProductivityPak, UPK or similar. Ideally you will also have some experience or education in organisational change management.
Requirements
This opportunity requires an individual with:
- Solid background in training and performance support
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Siebel or PeopleSoft
- Experience in the use of development tools such as ProductivityPak, UPK, Captivate, Lectora or similar
- Experience in training delivery
- A University Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent years experience
Desirable experience and qualifications includes:
- Experience in Organisational Change Management activities such as impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, leadership development and business readiness definition and measurement
- Experience in performing Training Need Analysis and developing training strategies
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Personally you are an excellent communicator, have a professional outlook and a willingness to exceed client expectations. This role may require some travel.
